List of The Chronicles of Amber characters
The Chronicles of Amber is a fantasy series written by Roger Zelazny chiefly in ten books published from 1970 to 1991. It features a great variety of characters from the realm of "our" universe as well as myriad parallel universes. All universes spiral out on a continuum, which are more closely related to one end, Amber (and its history and functions), or slides on a scale closer and closer to Amber's opposite, the Courts of Chaos, at the other.

Culdee Fell Railway
The Culdee Fell Railway (CFR) is a fictional narrow gauge rack and pinion railway appearing in the book Mountain Engines written by the Rev. W. Awdry. The stories are based on incidents in the history of the Snowdon Mountain Railway.
Awdry visited the Snowdon Mountain Railway (SMR) with his friend, the Rev. Teddy Boston, in early 1963. That summer he wrote a 2-part article about it in his series "Remarkable Railways", for the Church of England Newspaper. The Director of the SMR at the time, A.O.E. Davis, suggested that Awdry might like to include a similar railway on Sodor. Fortunately, a suitable mountain was already marked on the first published maps of Sodor, the 2046 ft-high Culdee Fell.
In the book, the Culdee Fell Railway runs from Kirk Machan, where it meets the standard gauge line from Killdane to Peel Godred, to the summit of Culdee Fell. Devil's Back is a high exposed ridge which the railway runs along, corresponding to Clogwyn of the real Snowdon Mountain Railway.

It’s a strong, evocative work. Since I’ve talked about it before, let’s go ahead and begin reviewing the first book in the series, Nine Princes in Amber, published in 1970. It’s the most traditional work with a number of fights and more happening among the characters of the House of Amber. The series has a strong mythic feel and the characters have a strong amount of enlightened self-interest at play. It really feels like it set the stage for a lot of this large interplay of characters and politics and backstabbing, not unlike Game of Thrones.

Wujcik intended to integrate the feel of the Amber setting from the novels into a role-playing game, and playtested his system for a few months at the Michigan Gaming Center where he decided to try it out as a diceless game.
West End was not interested in a diceless role-playing game, so Wujcik acquired the RPG rights to Amber and took the game to R. Talsorian Games, until he withdrew over creative differences.
Wujcik then founded Phage Press, and published Amber Diceless Role-playing in 1991.

The Culdee Fell Railway Theme - An S.A Original
Commissioned by TheWorksDiesel Here's my take on what would be a Series 5-ish theme for these engines, I was instructed to get some inspiration from some Swedish Folk music which is why I used a more 'reedy' lead and waltzy time signature (3/16 in this case). The little motif at the start is what I have wrote to be the signature motif for these engines, non canonically of course haha. It’s a strong, evocative work. Since I’ve talked about it before, let’s go ahead and begin reviewing the first book in the series, Nine Princes in Amber, published in 1970. It’s the most traditional work with a number of fights and more happening among the characters of the House of Amber. The series has a strong mythic feel and the characters have a strong amount of enlightened self-interest at play. It really feels like it set the stage for a lot of this large interplay of characters and politics and backstabbing, not unlike Game of Thrones.

The Amber Diceless Roleplaying Game is a role-playing game created and written by Erick Wujcik, set in the fictional universe created by author Roger Zelazny for his Chronicles of Amber.
The game is unusual in that no dice are used in resolving conflicts or player actions; instead a simple diceless system of comparative ability,
and narrative description of the action by the players and gamemaster, is used to determine how situations are resolved.
Amber DRPG was created in the 1980s, and is much more focused on relationships and roleplaying than most of the roleplaying games of that era.
Most Amber characters are members of the two ruling classes in the Amber multiverse, and are much more advanced in matters of strength, endurance, psyche, warfare and sorcery than ordinary beings.
This often means that the only individuals who are capable of opposing a character are from his or her family, a fact that leads to much suspicion and intrigue.
Erick Wujcik offered to design an Amber role-playing game for West End Games, who agreed to look at his work.
Wujcik intended to integrate the feel of the Amber setting from the novels into a role-playing game, and playtested his system for a few months at the Michigan Gaming Center where he decided to try it out as a diceless game.
West End was not interested in a diceless role-playing game, so Wujcik acquired the RPG rights to Amber and took the game to R. Talsorian Games, until he withdrew over creative differences.
Wujcik then founded Phage Press, and published Amber Diceless Role-playing in 1991.

Here's my take on what would be a Series 5-ish theme for these engines, I was instructed to get some inspiration from some Swedish Folk music which is why I used a more 'reedy' lead and waltzy time signature (3/16 in this case).
The little motif at the start is what I have wrote to be the signature motif for these engines, non canonically of course haha.
